At Protein Now! we stand behind every single bottle we ship. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return or exchange your order anytime, anywhere, and for any reason. Refund requests made within 90 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. For requests beyond 90 days, we are happy to offer a full exchange instead. No fine print. No hidden clauses. Just our promise to make it right.

Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. On rare occasions, some items may be out of stock and can take up to 7 business days to ship.
Protein Now! business days are Monday through Friday. Please note that UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
US Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over $99 to the continental United States. Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or internationally, and does not apply to wholesale orders. Orders ship via UPS or USPS.
$7.99 Economy Flat Rate Shipping For customers within the continental United States, we offer an affordable flat rate shipping option of $7.99 on all orders. This option is not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or internationally, and does not apply to wholesale orders. Orders ship via UPS or USPS.
Please note that orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address do not qualify for economy shipping and will be delivered via USPS only.
Standard and Expedited Shipping Standard and expedited shipping options are available for the continental United States. Please do not select a UPS expedited shipping method if you are shipping to an APO/FPO address as UPS does not deliver to these locations and doing so will delay your order.
USPS Priority Mail Available for US orders, US outlying islands, and US territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and US Minor Outlying Islands.
International Shipping
At this time Protein Now! does not ship to countries outside of the United States. We currently fulfill domestic orders only and are unable to process or support international shipments.
Please note that Protein Now! is not responsible or liable for any issues, delays, losses, customs fees, duties, taxes, or confiscations that may arise from orders shipped outside of the United States through any third party or forwarding service. Any orders fulfilled outside of our standard domestic shipping policy are done so at the sole risk of the customer.

Military Addresses
For APO/FPO military addresses, orders will be shipped via USPS. Due to additional military handling times, we are unable to estimate exact delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable shipping time, please email us at support@proteinnow.com and we will look into it right away. Please note that a fee of $8 will be charged to re-ship any package that is incorrectly addressed or returned to us due to customer error. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships. Once a package has been processed and shipped, address corrections are no longer possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@proteinnow.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop your order before it ships. If we are unable to stop the order or it has already been delivered, it will be treated as a return and all return policies will apply.
Damaged Items
If any merchandise you receive is damaged, please contact us at support@proteinnow.com as soon as possible. One of our team members will help you file a claim and depending on the outcome we will send a replacement, provide a credit, or issue a refund of equal value to the damaged merchandise. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits and refunds to reflect in your account.
Shipment Errors
We do everything we can to make sure your order is accurate. If you receive an extra item or did not receive something you ordered, please contact us at support@proteinnow.com or call us directly. One of our team members will work with you to find a solution. Please allow up to 10 business days for credits or refunds to reflect in your account if applicable.
